Description

WebSearch: search API changes for record sorting

Changes the behavior perform_request_search() API function in case of=id perform_request_search always defaults to sorting in ascending order.
Changes the search webinterface. All results are ranked by descending order by default. In particular, this changes the behavior of of=id from the webinterface and results for of=id and now ranked in descending order instead of ascending order by default (closes #1657)
Changes the API of bibrank. Now results ranked in ascending order are really in ascending order.
