This patch makes bibsched usable as a init.d/ script. You can invoke it as

bibsched start

...to start it in the background, running as the user cdsware or the user defined
in the file <prefix>/etc/bibsched/config. Similarly, you can stop it by running

bibsched stop

The previous invocation modes are kept for compatibility.
