BibEdit: fix return binding and shortcut changes

• Overwrite function from the Jeditable plugin so that textareas get correctly binded on return key press.

• Cannot delete a record using shortcuts

• Add subfield shortcut changed to ctrl+e

• removed selection mode + shortcut
