Description

Delete sessions and guests users before creating demo site.

The procedure to create a demo site fails if guests users have already
been allocated (when CFG_WEBSESSION_DIFFERENTIATE_BETWEEN_GUESTS = 1).
Dropping them before creating demo site is harmless and would alleviate
the problem in Savannah Task #7381 (https://savannah.cern.ch/task/?7381).
