BibUpload: regression tests cleanup

• In the BibUpload regression test suite, certain records are "webcolled", that is they are indexed on the fly and a quick webcoll is run to associate them to certain collections. This commit introduces proper cleanup in the tearDown phase to "un-webcoll" them.
