registry: initial release
- Adds application registry extension to streamline registration of Flask extensions, packages and pluggable objects.
- WIP: Replace usage of autodiscover_<name> with RegistryProxy and AutoDiscoverRegsitry.
NOTE: beware, patch amended by Tibor to use new file names
