Added the demo site Apache user passwords and groups, useful to demo and to test Apache-based access restriction. Two demo users created, 'jekyll' and 'hyde', with passwords having the same values as usernames. Dr. Jekyll can access the Theses demo collection, Mr. Hyde cannot.
