Description

BibHarvest: OAI harvesting via HTTP proxy

Introduces a possibility of harvesting remote repository through an HTTP proxy defined via the environment variable http_proxy.

Note: it does not add any logic concerning HTTPS connections and wasn't tested with HTTPS.
