Description

WebStyle: new Atlantis style and visual updates

Introduced drop-down menus for personal and admin activities and consequently simplified user info box.

Renamed basic CSS to "invenio.css". Default sans-serif font family. Bigger portalbox fonts. New CSS classes for Your Account page.

Body tag includes class attribute equal to "navmenuid" (admin, search, etc) and "home" on homepage. Added "lang" attribute to body and html tags.
