Description

workflows: current task in Holding Pen details

BETTER Updates the layout of the details pages in Holding Pen to display at which step the object is in the workflow.

Adds a new method to the BibWorkflowObject model to get the current task information.

Performs unicode conversion in several templates of the details pages to address several warnings about non-unicode strings.
