Description

BibEdit: new history panel

New panel in the BibEdit menu allowing to view the record revisions history and manipulate it. Every revision can be bibMerged with the most recent version.

Also, fixes error in BibMerge preventing it from working with older revisions of a record. (closes: #14749)
