WebSubmit: improved file stamping tool

• Some parameters of the stamping tool are now optional ('layer', 'verbosity', 'stamp') to improve backward-compatibility (and improver the user-experience).
• Better identify graphics included in the template. Use Python 're' module instead of 'sed'.
