Improved getfile.py old URL support.

decompose_bibdocfile_url and bibdocfile_url_p can now elaborate getfile.py
very old URL. As a consequence doing bibdocfile --fix-marc
on a record will automatically consider also old getfile.py URL and rebuild
them. Moreover, cleaned output of retrieve_rec_id
