inveniogc: improve cleaning of temporary files

• Splits up the clean_logs() function to only clean logs and not temporary files.

• Adds a new CLI parameter to clean temporary files, -p --tempfiles, which now also covers 'bibdocfile_' temporary files. (fixes #782)

• Adds prefix 'bibdocfile_' to temporary files generated by BibDocFile.
