Added note on the necessity of *not* using MySQLdb 1.2.1_p2, for it leads to a codec error when running webcoll. Versions like 1.2.0 (tested on FreeBSD-6.1) or 1.2.1g2 (tested on Debian/Sarge) are known to work fine. (The problems with 1.2.1_p2 are to be fixed later.)
