BibIndex: special treatment for arXiv:NNNN.NNNN
- Special treatment for word blocks of the form arXiv:NNNN.NNNN where we would like to index the block NNNN.NNNN as one, too. (closes #338)
- Adds some basic unit tests for get_words_from_phrase().
