Description

WebComment: collapsible comments

Lets users close/open comments. Stores state in new 'cmtCOLLAPSED' table. The state is toggled via an AJAX request (or page reload when Javascript is disabled). Guests are not offered the possibility to toggle the visibility. (closes #790)
