WebSearch: improve SPIRES keyword distribution

• Searches of the form 'find t quark spin muon and donuts' were parsing as 'title:quark and title:spin and title:muon and title:and and title:donuts' rather than (the much more correct) 'title:quark and title:spin and title:muon and title:donuts' (fixes #188)
