BibClassify: updates to tab, daemon, acronyms
- Occurrences and variable taxonomy added in the MARCXML export.
- Removed remaining relations to bibclassifyd. bibclassify is now the only executable available.
- Fixed the output of SPIRES keyword.
- Improved management of SPIRES keywords.
- Better search and output of the author keywords.
- Renamed variables in bibclassify_engine for a better code comprehension.
- Altered the choice algorithm between standalone and daemon mode.
- Added the validation checking of the text extracted.
- Replugged the taxonomy checking utility.
- Plugged the acronym extraction.
- (Merge note: this is an old Benoit's branch, some issues were fixed during merging e.g. WRT acronym extraction, and WSGI compliance, some more issues be fixed in the very near future by Roman, the new BibClassify module maintainer.)
