- Don't pay attention to case when filtering nearest hits in Browse. - Strip accents when sorting nearest hits in Browse. - Fetch more stuff for Browse than would be needed to work around UTF-8 problems in MySQL 4.0.x. At least some cases are fixed now. (A proper solution requires idxPHRASE stuff.)
