WebComment: fix discussion display in bfe_comments (E)

• Erratum: Whoops! The commit 9a2547576d9194c38e36941d8503931c48d23b76 should have been authored by Jerome Caffaro <jerome.caffaro@cern.ch>, not by me. I have fixed some small things while cherry-picking Jerome's branch but due to a mishap the original author name was not preserved. Unfortunately it cannot be amended anymore, so I'm at least committing this message to explain the problem. Sorry about that.
