BibEdit: improvements and fixes

• After submission, display a link to the record for quick access (fixes #761)

• Adds user nickname, email and cache modification date to the info offered when a record is locked by another user (fixes #1032)

• Hides BibCirculation section of left menu by default

• Changes message when record is blocked by the queue

• When deleting cache file, avoid error if the cache does not exist on disk

• Copy/paste fix for Firefox

• Click on different field fix. Allows to click on a different field, save the previous one and open the new one

• Fix open PDF when plots attached

• Ammended web tests

• Avoids an error when loading BibEdit if jQuery not installed

• Do not error if a file is not correclty attached and click on open PDF
