Renames the Load Cell register

Remove FS (stands for Force Sensor) because we just mesure the load
cell (no calibration). Do not use TORQUE suffix like suggested by
Jonas because we just measure a deformation through a
voltage. Calibration to get the actual forces offset and non linearity
should be perform at higher level. The final setup is measuring two
linear force and a torque actually.
