Description

initial commit

app boilerplate (structure, errors, default template helpers,...)
use bootswatch's paper bootstrap template
add roles: therapist, analyst, admin
fixture some users
patients: collection, createPatient method, publish patients of logged in therapist, route, subscribe to in route, header entry, template, tab navigation
