feat: Add script to rebuild all 'muscle' database

Add new script 'rebuildDatabaseMuscleMeasurements.m' that iterates over
the CT database to find cases for which muscle measurements exist and
then redo all muscle degeneration measurements for theses cases and
update the 'muscle' table in the Shoulder database.
