Commited the most up-to-date implementation of contact mechanics. This version includes examples and tests with the use of the contact mechanics engine using the Augmented-Lagrangian formulation with an Uzawa loop implementation. Work underway will try to remove the Uzawa loop to make the convergence for contact faster.
