Adding iohelper as a subtree + some bug fixes

Summary:

Removing warning due to deprecated things in c++11
Bug fixes in add_akantu_simulations
Bug fix in rand48generator's printf
Squashed 'third-party/iohelper/' content from commit 42d34c23
