Description

Critical bugfixes to the bilinear cohesive law (damage and traction were totally wrong), extension of the bilinear cohesive law that now supports random sigma_c distributions, intrinsic cohesive elements insertion merged into the extrinsic one to avoid problems of Scotch during the mesh partitioning, simplification of the interface for cohesive elements' insertion, manual updated
