Description

deleted getXMax etc in mesh. 2) changed getLowerBounds and getUpperBounds in mesh to return const Vector & of bounds. 3) getIsPBCSlaveNode -> isPBCSlaveNode. 4) FromTraction and FromStress moved from BC to SolidMechanicsModel. 5) added synchronization of uvarf of pbc nodes before dump (only full dump, not dumpGroup): _gst_for_dump. 6) now applyBC works also in parallel if an element group containing boundary does not contain anything. 6) setPBC only takes a SurfacePairList. Does not need element type anymore. Uffff.
