Description

Changed setting class to ChimeraSettings Removed some variables that were not used or are not settings

Added upsample to ChimeraControls, removing requirement of package 'sp'

Added controls for recording traces and downsampling to Chimera

Added zerovolt function, added function to save all Voltages to csv file
