GEAR: in kickback, remove the term corresponding to the PMGRID. In think this term is not needed here as PMGRID produces kick at its own timesteps. Indeed PMGRID is not effective when kicking the particles, only VelPred is affected by it.

A new flag is introduced : CHIMIE_SN_ON_SINGLE_PART which
allows to inject energy only in one particle.
