Two major changes:

1. in chimie, the cooling is switched off only for SNII feedback
2. bug corrected in starformation.c, when new particles must be moved, the ones that are not moved (begining of the block) are now linked with their Stp correspondance.

Other small changes:

Only Task==0 write some info in the chimie part
