Important correction in routine artificial_viscosity_improved.

Here, the formula is not safe when rij is very small.
The routine has been moved to artificial_viscosity_improved_old_Arnaudon
and replaced with the Gadget-2 formulation where Rosswog time dependent
coefficient have been included.
The previous approach where problems with rij have been corrected is now
named artificial_viscosity_improved_bis.
