A new update of the cooling in cooling_grackle. - we no longer restrict the energy to drop by a factor of 2 however, we avoid it to go below the minimal temperature - the adiabatic cooling is done first, and then the radiative one - finally the cooling for the drift step is computed, ensuring that the minimal temperature is not reached.
