Edits for consistency with DPO3034

1. standardizeValue() is introduced in MyInstrument to convert between different abbreviations of the came code name
2. In linkControlElement now OutputProcessingFcn can be specified to process the value in callbacks. Helps with dropdown menues to extend the abbreviations used by the instruments
