'instr_list' interface value introduced

1. In MyInstrument added an option to specify the device address directly as an entry name in the InstrumenList (with interface='instr_list')
2. In the case interface='instr_list', the Gui initialization function can also now extract the controll class name from file
3. runGui is depreciated
