Misc improvements before deployment

1. Auto power range is added to GuiPm, also wavelength field is made editable
2. In MyInstrument removed KeepUnmatched=true for the input parser so it will throw error with unknown keyworks.
3. In MyInstrument.triggerNewData added a warning about unrecognized keywords
4. In linkGuiElement auto capitalization of dispalyed values is introduced when init_val_list is true, for Guis to look nice
