Misc updates: 1) Removed warnings from applyLocalColorScheme in the case when local settings are not found 2) Fixed a small recently introduced bug in MyClassParser 3) Updated the startup functions of MyDaqMenu and MyInstrumentManager so that runSingletonApp function does not throw error 4) renamed InstrumentManager to MyInstrumentManager for consistency
