Description

added Tektronix MSO5000 support

Added MSO instrument class and GUI
Right now only supports scope view, spectrum to be added later
There is a problem with trace aquisition. Now after aquire a trace from MSO, it does not respond to at least the following 2 commands, and waiting does not solve the problem. Have emailed the Tektronix tech support about this issue.
