changed NewDataWithHeaders, does not work yet

findMyInstrument function is depreciated
instrument guis are now stored in the collector under InstrProps
Clearing global variables is deleted from GuiRsa and GuiScope
In MyCollector NewDataCollected event is renamed to NewDataWithMeasHeaders
