Description

TLB6700 wavelength scan functionality edits

Fixed a bug with GuiTlb - assignment of unused callbacks to indicators
Introduced a range of properties and functions in MyTlb6700 that are used to perform wavelength scan
runInstrumentWithGui is modified to return handles tocreated Instr and GuiInstr objects
