MyMetadata and related edit

1. Improved readHeaders
2. addParam now checks for the values and comments to not contain new line and carriage return characters
3. in MyMetadata writeHeader is renamed to printHeader and readHeaders is renamed to scanHeaders
4. readHeader in MyInstrument and MyScpiInstrument is modified to send MyMetadata object instead of structure
