DEBUG: make FixShardlowKokkos have it's own rand_pool, plus debug code. ssa_update_dpde() hangs on first use of rand_gen.normal() Switching to not using a pointer to PairDPDfdtEnergyKokkos's rand_pool had no noticble effect.
