Description

USER-DPD: Track pure locals as AIR #0, and non-pure locals as AIR #1 Non-pure locals are locals that are ghosts for some other proc. Preping for communication/computation overlap for the SSA. Includes a tweak to do_ssaAIR_for() to handle the dual local AIR number.
