Visualization and corresponding tests

Summary:
The visualization and its tests work.
For the future I should add an axample of how to use the tool.

Test Plan:
The main test of the visualization is the deformation of a material,
with two different hardnesses. It is checked if the numeric solution
converges to the analytic solution.
There are many other tests for smaller helpfunctions which all can be found in:
tests/python_muSpectre_tools_tests.py
