Major changes in NavList: 1) Changed NavList to new query Param NavContext. 2) Direct routing, no TlnQueryParams needed anymore. 3) New ScrollBehaviour: Scroll event is triggered actively on click a navItem as well as passively on route/qParam change. 4) Scroll events triggered only scroll inside the navList - no effects on other elements. 5) instant clearing of child trees/tabs on select a parent (no artefact NavItems when tab changes) 6) New defaults: pageTab is active, not manuscript tab, navBarOpenState is open onInit. New property parentLabel in NavList for displaying Manuscript title to pages.
