Removed plotting from nanoporeclases. Added CUSUM variables to nanoporeclasses. Recalculates traces before, after and the eventTrace after CUSUM analysis, also recalculates levels after addition of CUSUM variables to nanoporeclasses. Added option to save as another file if file already exists. Saves Voltage as well during event detection. Minor optimization to CUSUM analysis
