Display Show Raw File link in Diffusion Change View

Summary: NOTE: renderViewOptionsDropdown() adds unnecessary parameters to URL but the link just redirects anyway.

Test Plan:
Show Raw File (Left and Right) in SVN and Git.
Verify also Added and Deleted files.
