Display repositories on project page

Summary: Repositories tagged with a project are shown on the project page

Test Plan:

• Go to the project page,
• when there is at least a repository the block Repositories is shown.
• Clicking on View All shows all repo tag with this project.
• When there is no repository, the block is not visible
