Description

Remove XHP and yield support from XHPAST

Summary: Remove XHP and yield support from the lexer and parser. I'll rename
xhpast to phpast at some point, too.

Test Plan: Ran all arcanist and libphutil unit tests. Ran library mapper on all
the projects.
